Painter
$18 – $28 per hour
(Based on experience & skill level)
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces through cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming
- Apply interior and exterior paint, stains, and finishes
- Maintain clean lines, smooth finishes, and consistent quality
- Protect surrounding surfaces and maintain a clean job site
- Work collaboratively with team members on residential and commercial projects
- Follow project specifications and safety standards
- Prepare surfaces through cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming
Qualifications
- Prior painting or construction experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated work ethic
- Willingness to learn and grow within the trade

Finish Carpenter
$18-28 per hour
(Based on experience & expertise)
Responsibilities
- Install trim, molding, doors, and cabinetry
- Execute precise cuts and measurements
- Read and interpret plans and specifications
- Deliver high-quality finish work on residential and commercial projects
- Maintain tools and job site organization

- Experience in finish carpentry or similar trade
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to read plans and work independently or in a team
- Reliable and quality-focused work ethic

Crew Leader
$28-$30+ per hour
(Based on experience & leadership level)
Responsibilities
- Manage daily job site operations
- Coordinate crews, materials, and schedules
- Ensure quality control and project compliance
- Communicate with clients and leadership
- Maintain timelines, budgets, and safety standards

- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple crews and workflows
